Consent to personal data processing
In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ On Personal Data dated 27 July 2006, you hereby consent to K2-9B GROUP LLC (K2-9B), registered address: Office 509, 10 Druzhinnikov Street, Voronezh, Voronezh Region, 394026, Russia, processing your personal data.
Personal data means any information relating directly or indirectly to you, including but not limited to your first name, last name, organisation name and contact details.
By giving this consent, you confirm that you have been informed that personal data processing includes the actions defined by Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27 July 2006: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating or amendment), use, transfer (provision), blocking, destruction and deletion of personal data by automated and non-automated means.
You confirm that you have been informed that the personal data you provide may be processed to provide personalised Services to the User. For this purpose, K2-9B performs actions aimed at:
- identification of the party in the provision of the Service;
- providing personalised Services to the User.
This consent covers the following personal data: first name, last name, organisation name and contact details.
The Company retains personal data collected to provide personalised Services for the period required to fulfil the processing purpose, but no longer than two years after the last interaction, except where an effective agreement, legal proceedings or a statutory requirement permits continued processing and the User is notified. You may withdraw this consent at any time:
- by sending a signed letter to Office 509, 10 Druzhinnikov Street, Voronezh, Voronezh Region, 394026, Russia;
- by emailing info@k2-9b.com.
K2-9B guarantees the personal data subject the right to obtain explanations about processing; to require inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, unlawfully obtained or unnecessary personal data to be clarified or blocked; to require prior consent for processing intended to collect data for personalised Services; to withdraw consent and request that processing cease; the right to appeal to the authorised body for the protection of personal data subjects or to a court against unlawful actions or omissions by the Operator; and other rights provided by Russian law.
